The muscle on the back of my right thigh has gotten so tight I almost can't stretch it out. Anybody else have an issue like this? We do all the normal stretches, sitting with my legs straight out, on my back legs straight up, on my stomach and my wife lifts my leg straight up (nice stretch on the front), and other stretches. I have never ever been flexible. I see videos all the time of people and they look like they're made out of rubber, it blows my mind. I think my lower back is so full of arthritis it's starting to freeze up, making it even worse.
I'm open to suggestions. Thanks
