    Amtrak accessible sleeper cars

I assume using a patient lift in one would be nearly impossible?

Not sure if this helps? It looks pretty cramped.
Roses are red. Tacos are enjoyable. Don't blame immigrants, because you're unemployable.

We took one back from Az to NJ.
The little cabin was doable, but not really accessible. The way to everywhere else on the train was upstairs!
So it was kinda like confinement until we got to Chicago where I was moved to the dining car-where the highest thing on the menu was a microwaved hot dog! At least I got to mix with my fellow travelers.
Still, not a bad change for one trip.

Maybe with a smaller portable hoyer lift but would be tight and the shower is even smaller.
