    Jay J2 Recline Cushion

Hello, I've used a J2 Cushion for almost 10 years. I'm about to buy a new one, and I see there's a traditional J2, and a more expensive J2 Recline. I searched on the net, also called Sunrise Medical, and still have no idea on what's the physical difference between these two.

Does anybody have a J2 Recline?

    Thanks!

I don't have a Jay 2 Recline but it looks like it is as the name might imply, a cushion made for reclining wheelchair seating.

    Here's a Sport-Aid description:

Thanks. Those are the things I found when surfing the web. Unfortunately is not enough, I need to know what they differ physically, like "how is it better for reclining? show me"

I don't use a recline chair, but I am a quad and my way of seating puts a lot of pressure on my coxis area, pretty much resembling a reclined individual.

In searching online (sunrisemedical.com), it shows the Sunrise distributor for Argentina is LOH Medical. You can contact them through the Sunrise website. I suggest you take your question directly to them. Good luck!

    C5C6,
Regarding "... J2 Recline ... what's the physical difference ... show me" - the physical difference is quite minimal. The sacral seal (shown below) is not found on the regular J2.

Thanks Sage! Do you know what is this seal for? Does it allow me to take gel away independently from the rest of the cushion?
