    I recall that as well. At least something very close to that was stated. I think it was that 10% "return" would be enough to make someone appear normal. As in, if someone didn't know that you had a SCI, they wouldn't be able to tell.

    I remember him saying that if 10% of the spinal column was undamaged, then with therapy an SCI patient would appear normal. Of course, certain skills would be lost, e.g. a professional dancer might no longer dance exceptionally well.
