    There is less systemic absorption of the estrogen with vaginal estrogen, which can help with vaginal drying and thinning. If that is a problem for you (with intercourse) it is probably OK to use.

    I would recommend estrogen cream for vaginal lubrication but that wouldn't help memory.
    What is your Vitamin D level? If low it can cause cognitive issues etc... Also are you taking multivitamin/multiminerals recommended for women. B12,B6 etc... are very important.
