I've had delays like that off Ebay. I think it happens with usps, but their rates are cheaper. However the seller should have contacted you.
I have had periodic paralysis all my life. I lost my ability to walk in 2011 beginning with a spinal block, which was used for a hip fracture caused by periodic paralysis.
Seller PM'd me they were shipped Wed 14th, but hasn't given requested tracking info.
I sent $250.
Certainly an unreliable seller; hopefully that's all.
