The rest came from a mobility company that went out of business. I wanted 1 item but had to buy the contents of a whole shelf to get it. Yes all the hardware to attach is on it in the photos and comes with it. The carbon fiber shell is 9" tall but with the padding it measures 11" from top to bottom
