Did you check the bed for anything lose in the sheets that you may have been lying on, like a button, wadded up kleenex etc?

Impossible to give advice with the information provided. Is this over your ischium, or on the thigh itself? Pressure injuries nearly always occur over bony prominences. Can you post a photo, or send one to the SCI-Nurses webmail account?

The SCI-Nurses are advanced practice nurses specializing in SCI/D care. They are available to answer questions, provide education, and make suggestions which you should always discuss with your physician/primary health care provider before implementing. Medical diagnosis is not provided, nor do the SCI-Nurses provide nursing or medical care through their responses on the CareCure forums.
