The real tragedy, IMHO, is what drugs we might have today if research wasn't effectively killed in 1974. Weed absolutely has medical uses from anti-seizure to killing certain cancers to neuropathy relief.
As for recreational, if we're going to keep weed illegal we should be consistent and outlaw booze as well. In fact, I'd rather outlaw booze were it just one or the other since alcohol is far more destructive to individuals and society as a whole. Nobody ever smoked a joint and went out looking for a fight. Nope, they were looking for nachos.

Yes, my question is could you not find a picture of someone hugging a toilet? For the second picture or a host of other ones? If your picture were the norm for Booze no one would suggest outlawing it. Yours is the Hollywood version.

Yes. One question. Why would you associate alcohol with being gay? Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Wait, what? One of those guys is gay? No problem, we'll just pray that away

Definitely nothing wrong with being gay. Until everyone is gay. Then we?d have a problem. As a species.

(I?m not trying to start a biological essentialism argument against being gay. That?s a fact and not worth arguing over. )

    It definitely isn?t pretty.

We need more gays!!! And quickly! This is totally the winning Liberal platform for 2020! Then the Conservatives could run on the biological essentialism platform. That would be grand theater and quite entertaining!

All the more reason to be supportive of Gender Fluidity. Where normally such platforms would elicit a hearty WTF? when brought to national attention, the mere specter of 'not what it seems' would create an atmosphere of preferring self-pleasuring, solving population concerns.

Amazing, Liberalism actually having a legitimate function!
