Study: remyelination with an OTC antihistimine

    Is anybody following this?

Clemastine fumarate as a remyelinating therapy for multiple sclerosis (ReBUILD): a randomised, controlled, double-blind, crossover trial

This is interesting for sure. Zyrtek allergy medicine gave me crazy paresthesia as did that stronger version of ampyra (3d MEOH or whatever). Guess I should have stayed on Zyrtek?
    T3 complete since Sept 2015.

Sorry to hear that. However from my initial (and completely amateur) search, the active ingredient, cetirizine, looks to be unrelated to clemastine fumarate. Seeking more info, opinions or experiences with it before I pull the trigger on it.
