This is an old article. The company's website disappeared a while ago, and so I am guessing they have failed. One of the shortcomings of the Kenguru was that it was a Low Speed Vehicle, limited to about 25 mph. There just isn't a huge market for vehicles with this limitation and with the small size.
C-6/7 incomplete
Anyone here use the MV-1? If so, how do you like it?

Looks like the London black taxi design.
I love the look of it .. and the functionality .. could never afford one .. but the idiots didn't make it for drivers, just passengers in chairs!

I know of two (MV-1s), but have driven neither. Both owners really like them.
But yeah, I never realized they didn't do a wheeler driver version.

T3-T6 complete since Sept 2015.
Well, too bad about the Kenguru. I have seen the MV-1 vehicles at the Abilities Expos recently. They look pretty cool but no HP driver vehicles and that ramp is about 8feet long! You would need two parking spots to have enough room to enter and exit the vehicle and you would also need a 2 car garage (with no other vehicle parked in the other side of the garage).
Most successful model was in the UK.

Seen 2 of the MV-1s even in our rural Oklahoma area. Both, on different times, was at doctor clinics here. Never got to speak with folks in them. One saw them loading ramp manually. It looked like that was what the gentleman was doing after pushing elderly gentleman up it.
Is ramp a manual fold-up? Do they come with a powered ramp?
