I use a standing frame fairly regularly - 3-5 times per week for around 20-30 minutes. Is anyone aware of research around the recommended frequency and duration for using a standing frame (or any thoughts on this)? For example, is there a threshold where benefits really kick in such as standing for 30 minutes or an hour at a time, or standing every day versus a few times a week? Or is it pretty much that you should stand as much as you can?
