Favor for those rolling 24" 540 wheels please

    Hi..

If you're running 24" Etrto 540 wheels would you do me a favor please.

Would you note which tires you are using and what they are marked as eg.( 24*1, 24* 1 3/8 & the etrto number 23-540, 25-540) and the favor is to measure the actual diameter of the wheel and tire. If the wheel tire is on the ground, what is the actual total height of the wheel and tire when inflated properly... Hope that makes sense.. thank you.

Thanks... interesting the Schwalbe website https://www.schwalbe.com/en/wheelcha...walbe-one.html lists them as 25-540 (24 x 1.00).

could you do me a huge favour and measure the actual/real diameter of the tyre, from the floor to the highest point of the tyre... thank you.

Measuring like this would eliminate any inflation pressure / body weight differential.
Measuring off the chair would be ideal.

    thank you.

    59cm = 23.2283"

    my crazy math
    calling it 23 1/4"

    23.2283" + 0.0217" = 23.25" (23 1/4") = 59.055cm

    0.0217 ~ (3/128" = 0.0234375") so freaking tiny amount

Will, to be accurate you must also know what tire it is.
For example, I have 2 sets of 540 rims :
    - 540 Spinergy with 25-540 Schwalbe Marathon+ (a bit worn maybe ): 59,5 centimers (approx)
    - 540 Sun with 50-540 Kenda Wide Knobby (blue side -I hope it's not an issue) : 62,5 cm

And for my own, I measured my current rig (I have two sets of 507 rims, for better choice of tires)
    - with a 40-507 Tioga BMX Power Block : 59 cm
    - with a 60-507 Schwalbe BMX Crazy Bob : 63 cm

I leave you the pleasure of the metric to Imperial conversion ... You look pretty ready !

measures 23 and 7/8 inch. tires are the traditional grey wheelchair tires 37-540 aka 24 x 1 3/8 The angle of the camera makes it look like it might not even be 23 and 7/8 but it is

    Schwalbe Marathon+ 25-540 (24 x 1.00) Diameter 59.5cm 23.42" 23 7/16"
    Traditional Grey
    37-540 (24" x 1-3/8") Diameter 60.6cm 23.42" 23 7/8"

    Kenda Wide Knobby 50-540 (24 x 2) Diameter 62.5cm 24.60" 24 5/8"
