    Hello SCIfor55yrs.
63 years on, man that takes some inner strength, belief, love and support. Good on you.
We all learn from each other, whether it be from our strengths or our weaknesses(?). Thank you for your life example.
I think that you should keep your name, as I understand it was the point at which you hooked up here on the CC.
Oh, if you were considering a name change then maybe 'SCIfor55yrs+' ?

Here is wishing you all the best, from me.

Thanks for the offer, Jim. I considered doing that on the 56 year anniversary when I realized the implications. Changing it would disconnect me from earlier posts and references. I decided to stay with what everybody had come to recognize. Besides, it is kind of like staying 39 years old. lol The truth is that I will become an Oxygenarian on November 22.

    Happy aniversary
I have had periodic paralysis all my life. I lost my ability to walk in 2011 beginning with a spinal block, which was used for a hip fracture caused by periodic paralysis.

    Octogenarian: a person age 80+

Oxygenarian: an older person who needs supplemental oxygen

Just wondering if you are one, the other, or both. Any which way...

    All the best,
    GJ
