    It's going really well - I'm not as stringent with calories as I used to be, but I'm still staying within a 3 lb target range. I'll check out Gin's podcasts, thanks for teling me about them.

    well was 2.8 pounds up last week no weigh in this week as it was a blizzard here tonight. but i have been back on track for the most part, although weekends are tough and with Super Bowl weekend going up it is going to be a struggle. especially since i have to work saturday.

    Right, sometimes things gang up and make it hard to stick with the program - but in the big picture, you're still headed in the right direction.

    That's great, John!

    I'm up 2.5 lb, for no reason whatsoever. I've kept to 1000 cal/day, within my eating window, and didn't change anything at all.
