    Can you bridge the area with foam (two cell-phone shaped pieced on either side of the wound, not a donut) or change your backrest so you don't get pressure on the area when doing your tilt backs? If not, I suspect that tilting back for 1-2 minutes every 15-30 minutes will not hurt the wound area as long as you come to full upright sitting in between, and you are not a "sacral sitter".
