Guys, what type/brand jeans or shorts do you wear that doesn't hang off your butt? I've worn Old Navy pants for years but I'm getting tired of the falling off in the rear. If pulled up high they're in my crouch. I know people make adapting pants but I can't see paying $80+ for a pair.

It may sound square but, I use a pair of suspenders to keep my pants on and aligned correctly. Using them, I don't have a problem when sliding or, transferring.

This is what I use. Takes a couple or four weeks for them to ship to your house and they run around $80 each, but I'm able to get a pair of jeans that actually fits and is made to measure.

Shorten up the crotch, lengthen out the "back rise" and it's made to ride properly in a sitting position. You can order without back pockets, so no bulky seams to worry about causing pressure sores. Plus where else can you get a pair of jeans with a 30 inch waist and 37" inseam?

Relaxed slim or some times slim fit works, with the right size.

I'd really like to use suspenders but my fear is getting a clasp in between my skin and chair resulting in a pressure ulcer. Have you found suspenders that use flat clasps or something like this?

The suspenders that I use seem to be fairly flat. I am a para and have use of some mobility. Never had a problem but, I make sure that the clasp is far enough to the side in the back to avoid pressure on my skin and back. I use them all the time. A lot more efficient for me.
