    Computerized Pressure Mapping mat

Anyone have one for sale? Anyone know where to get one for a reasonable price?

They are really not designed for individual use, and proper use requires some experience and training, but this is one of the least expensive on the market:

Here is one that I am most familiar with: https://www.tekscan.com/products-sol...nformat-system

Here is some information comparing the systems currently on the market:

The SCI-Nurses are advanced practice nurses specializing in SCI/D care. They are available to answer questions, provide education, and make suggestions which you should always discuss with your physician/primary health care provider before implementing. Medical diagnosis is not provided, nor do the SCI-Nurses provide nursing or medical care through their responses on the CareCure forums.

Thanks. If it were a 1-time thing, then I would visit a PT. But it's just not practical to rely on a PT each time I come across a new cushion or want to test/modify furniture, car seats, and mattresses. I'm sure I can acquire one at retail. But how about the used market?

Most are purchased by institutions or therapy practices, and they use them until they no longer function, or replace with a newer model. There are websites that sell used hospital equipment where you might run across one occasionally, but I think you are going to have a very difficult time finding one. The hospital where I worked had a contract with such a company for our used equipment; much of it was sold again by them in Mexico.

Just an FYI... I have been working with Mayo CLinic on a mapping system that would be integrated in with your cushion to give you real time feedback on your seating pressure points via a phone app. Its pretty slick. Unfortunately its a ways off yet before its commercially available.
