If I'm lying against the wedge with my back and shoulders supported at approximately 70 degrees and the wedge slides down no longer supporting my shoulders. This then causes me to lay on my left hip and the back of my shoulders. This will rotate my spine causing every disc to rotate and push into the adjoining disc.

If my spine is twisted this much with so bulging discs can this create enough "trauma below the level of injury" to cause autonomic dysreflexia?
