    Pain triggering nausea!

I've been having pain in my right hip that has slowly increased in intensity over the last 15 years. No amount of x-rays or MRIs have been able to say why so they're just calling it neuropathy. Anyway, in the last 2 years when the pain gets really bad, instead of getting dysreflexic I get violently nauseous and dry heave over and over until I can get off of it. If my abdominal muscles were stronger I'd vomit but that's not the case (thankfully?). Has anyone else had this kind of response to pain? It's really troubling especially because I'm pregnant now and I'm facing nausea from that and my hip trouble. For extra info I'm a C 5-6 incomplete since 1998.
