    Smart Drive users

    Good morning all,

I picked up my SmartDrive Friday and so far I'm loving it. I'm wondering if mine is behaving correctly, though.
When I use it in the house, but don't use the SD, I notice a rough ride. I didn't think it did this to begin with, but maybe it did.

Can you guys tell me your experience with the ride feel when it's attached and not in use?

Actually, I believe I figured it out from the Maxmobility website.
I believe the bracket is no longer horizontal. I won't be able to check until later today, but I'm pretty certain that's all it is.

Yesterday I used my SD motor for the first time in quite a while and noticed the same thing, bumpity, bumpity, bumpity. I didn't remember the bumpity being so annoying before. But I had moved the bracket to get it to push straight.
I have had periodic paralysis all my life. I lost my ability to walk in 2011 beginning with a spinal block, which was used for a hip fracture caused by periodic paralysis.

If the bracket is just a little "off", or not level, the ride will be a bit more rough. It's an easy fix.
