    body shaper

I was wondering if anyone uses a body shaper? I have no stomach muscles and I'm slouching which is hurting my back. I had a stomach binder but there a pain in the ass.. It keeps riding up or rolling. plus it leaves marks on me. If anyone has tried one or uses one please let me know which one is best..

Me too, I tried an abdominal binder, and as Shana said all they do is roll up and put marks on you. Prosthetics fabricated a couple of braces to help with my posture, but I couldn't push my chair in them, and they were way uncomfortable, AND they didn't work.

I haven't heard of the body shaper, and did a search and came up with the Kymaro. If that is what you are talking about, it looks like it wouldn't work any better than an ab binder, except it would only roll up from the bottom.

    Look up reviews: http://kymaro-body-shaper.pissedconsumer.com/

Doesn't sound too promising. You're slouching may be due to your chair not being adjusted right for you. What exercizes are you doing to strengthen the Rhomboids and your other coore muscle group.

I've tried 8-10 different binders with no luck. I recommend using a belly burner style belt. It doesn't ride-up or roll-up on me like a standard binder. I been using one for the past 6 weeks and love it.

I have been doing some research on body shaper garments lately and this company seems to get good results. They have many different types of body shapers.
