    hips

    i feel so out of wack like my hips are so out

    my caretaker i ask her i said are my hips 1 high she said left is 2 inches higher than other i was prone i said put your had on it and push she did it went back normal it used to do it once in a while now all the time

    proneing orsticking a hard round pillow under right side as i am on my side helps

    whatelse to do or ....

    A your muscles atrophy from lack of use, it is not uncommon to get musculoskeletal problems. You need then to help keep the joints in place. I wonder if your seating posture is contributing to this? When was the last time you had a seating eval? The other thought I had was to see a PT and see if they could offer some assistance in positioning so that you could possibly avoid some of this?

    when i got hurt 2001 never have changed chairs ti lite replace mine cause it cracked but never have no sores scraped my rear a long time ago 10 11 years but ...

    I would strongly encourage you to see someone in a seating clinic. They can take a look at your pressure mapping, cushion, chair and posture. 10-11 years is a long time to go in the same chair.
