    Jeramie, I used a rand scott cycle for my legs. However like Sci nurse said i had major tone and spacsticity. So when I would turn the crank with my arms then my legs would fight with me. The tone in my legs helped keep my legs from atrophy. I used one for many years now that I don't use it my legs are slowly loosing muscle tone.

    I bought mine 15k got ga to help with 10k over 2 year but several years into it the elecrod pad burned my legs where they went so
