    Darty, I think I got the idea from you about those Premier protein shakes. I have been drinking them since.

    Had my spices mixed up it is not Cummin but it is Turmeric sorry for the mix up. It healed my stage 3 up to a stage 2 in about two weeks. Once again sorry for the mix up

    How (and how much) do you take? I've been putting turmeric in veggie shakes, but even 1/2 a teaspoon is hard to stomach.

    I have my wife sprinkle it on the sore and then cover it with gauze pad and tape it down we change the dressing every morning and evening
