Theres no practical way to modify the van.

It has nothing to do with the kind of steel.

While its a pia boron steel can be cut, drilled and modified.

In reference to the boron steel, it's not recommended Ford to drill/weld it, not saying it can't be done

Gresham Driving Aids offer this van with a lower floor up front. I called about it and you have to order it the way you want it. They are in Michigan. They show them on there web site.

My first vehicle was a Chrysler Voyager minivan. I am a fairly tall guy so it was always a bit of a tight squeeze getting through the doorway, certainly had to duck my head slightly. I replaced the vehicle back in 2007 and opted for a Mercedes sprinter. Even if you're 6 foot six, there's plenty of headroom inside the vehicle. As for parking, well, you have to decide what's more important, being able to park anywhere, or having a suitable vehicle that completely suits your needs.

You are restricted when you have a van that is over 7 foot tall, you can't go into a lot of car parks. However, the pros of having a van like this far outweigh the cons.
