What kind of dose (preferably in a household unit like teaspoons) do people use for pain and how often (consecutive days) can it be used?

One teaspoon of the power leaves is a good place to start. One teaspoon is about 3 grams. For some reason Kratom works better for me then hydromorphone did, not sure why.

Thanks for the link KLD. Good to know it's best to avoid combining with tramadol. I've tried a tsp to no noticeable effect. Purchased at a local head shop. Not sure the quality obviously.

Missed a lyrica last Monday night and woke up in a pool of burning, broken glass. Worst nerve pain I've had since my injury. So I guess it is doing quite a bit even though I still have lots of pain on it.
