Any simple ideas to move limbs and core in basic movements?

There has to be ways to be able to train or facilitate or assist movements from a wheelchair (since that's where we spend most of our time) for the purpose of keeping the limbs moving and even training movement. If your arm is weak and someone holds your hand and your elbow they can help you practice the movement. But counting on someone to do that for you is not the best bet.

I'm thinking there must be ways to use straps, strings, springs, pulleys, some way to assist your arms and legs and even core in natural movements that would be very beneficial. Some way that doesn't cost a few grand. Something attached to a wall or overhead that we could use.

This can be done, I'm just not sure how.

    Appreciate any help.

It would be helpful if you would fill out your profile so that those of us who read your posts would know what level of spinal cord injury you have or if you have another disease process or medical condition that fits within the parameters of this forum.

    All the best,
