Anyone started and are using the ABLE Act account?

In Florida this past July, the ABLE Act accounts became available for anyone disabled before age of 26, whereby now they can open an account and not lose their SSI & Medicaid benefits. Not all states are allowing as of yet, wanted to see for those hand-full of states allowing, who opened an account and their pros/cons experienced?

What a great idea to allow assets above the Medicaid bar and still keep eligibility.
Florida, Tennessee, Ohio and Nebraska are active.

What is the best state to open an ABLE account?

Their website lists all of the states that currently provide ABLE accounts with their pros and cons. I'm interested in hearing from people's personal experience.

I imagine it depends on what investment options each state offers. I'm a resident of Pennsylvania, but initially opened an account in Ohio, and have since transferred the account to Tennessee because I preferred their investment options.
