Vicair VectorX from Comfort Company. Over fill the pockets surrounding the hemorrhoids and empty the pocket directly under it. I have a sore near my anus. So that is what I have done. So, basically, the rear of the cushion is a U-shape, relieving pressure directly under my anus and tailbone. The only pressure is from the sling of the cushion cover. The Glidewear cover is extra stretchy in that area, eliminating most of any pressure. This does increase pressure on the ischiums, which might necessitate more frequent pressure reliefs. But, the area directly under your sores will have very little pressure when you are seated upright.
