    the passing of our little dog has calmed me down.
    talking on here helps.
    it is all just so annoying
    you never feel good just bad for some reason
    it has been hot here which just adds another layer of discomfort

    I hear that. Sometimes a good cry can release pent up stuff. I used to know a girl who screamed when she needed to let out frustration or hurt...I still do that too. Whatever helps as long as it doesn't hurt you or others is my motto. I'm glad you find chatting on here helps. It's helped me feel less alone...
