Has anyone had a conversion of EZ lock &/or Sure Grip hand controls done. Do u find a local mechanic or does dealer send a installer?

^^^ A steel bracket that attaches to the bottom of the chair, with a bolt to lock into it. On some powerchairs it's just a steel plate that bolts on the floor of the battery box that the bolt is fixed to.

You need to pick out your chair to find the bracket that will fit it. Power or Manual

Dam thnxs dudes. They got things fine tuned. Any estimate total in mind for everything.. Suicide knob, hand controls, EZ lock. Then find an installer. Local mechanic or do they send installers for either of these. Thnxs a load..

Those EZ lock brackets that bolt to the chair are different between manufacturers/models. Before you buy any bracket be certain it will fit your chair. But the EZ Lock part that bolts to the van floor are all the same.
