    Epidimitus

How does 1 get the infection & get epidimitus/ male/swollen testes if it's born from sexual intercourse and your not having any?

I can't get any feedback. Tried asking in food forum cause I was hospitalized w the thing massive amounts of different antibodys/ 3 different unknown bugs.was consuming a plant/root from Hawaii that's harvested beneath the soil and made into powder to drink..
Only thing I could attribute to foreign bugs cause they live in soil.. Nurse please..

From UTI's. Usually same organisms or it may be a varicoele or hydrocele? which have swelling off and on. Have you had a scrotal ultrasound. Also can be from dependent edema and a scrotal support ay help keep it elevated and decrease swelling.

Epididymitis is due to an infection that travels down the ejaculatory ducts from the bladder or prostate. It has nothing to do with sexual activity (or lack there of). So it is nearly always associated with a symptomatic UTI in men with SCI. Because the testicle area is so vascular, epididymitis can quickly develop into a septicemia. It can also make you sterile after only one episode. Repeated episodes may lead to testicular abscess, which may require the removal of the testicle. The ultrasound would be needed to diagnose an abscess.

For all of these reasons, if you think you are developing epididymitis you need to see a physician right away. This is not something you wait to address until Monday when you see signs or symptoms on Saturday!

I've had Epididymitis twice started doing microcyn injection in the bladder since November. Haven't had a bladder infection since and no Epididymitis since september.
Its only at the brink of our own destruction that we learn to change.

I ended up in hospital the Christmas before last with this and prostatitus all down to the urethral catheter. That's when it was decided I needed to go over to the SP which I did 12 months ago and have not had any infections since. I can still ejaculate and do so often and I think it was this that probably caused the infection. I ended up on antibiotics for 6 weeks. Hope all goes well.
