Damn! I was nearly holding my breath just watching. That was exciting. Thanks for sharing.
I have had periodic paralysis all my life. I lost my ability to walk in 2011 beginning with a spinal block, which was used for a hip fracture caused by periodic paralysis.

That looks like it was absolutely exhausting to you. I hope after a bone density scan you get the go ahead to continue in the study.
I'm T-10 Para and very active but I'm sure it would easily be as exhausted trying this.
I too haven't stood in almost 12 years now.
I hope to get in such studies sometime next year.
    Keep it up man!!!

So I'm in the study. My bones are pretty brittle but they told me to not fall!

Three times a week until Christmas, it's pretty exhausting. My first session I took 16 step, my 2nd 150, and yesterday 240, with 180 consecutive steps! So now I told them I would like to work on my balance more to require less assistance while I'm walking.

I'll post a video nearing the end of the study!

Holy crap Batman! Way to go!
Roses are red. Tacos are enjoyable. Don't blame immigrants, because you're unemployable.

Wow Chris! That looks tough but it must be a trip to be standing tall like that! I give 2 weeks till you're busting moves in some club on Cresent with a hottie on each side!
