Three score and one year ago...

a quad was created by a trampoline miscue in gym class.

These anniversaries are becoming so boring. Yet I find myself to still be a work in progress. What can I say?

Is that how yours happened? I think we were still work in progress even if not injured. Just unaware of the work. I found something crazy simply by doing my weightlifting with very firm hands bunch of other things started happening. Now I continue to do that and analyze what is happening. It is crazy.

As always when you "clock another one up" I'm astounded by the durability of your body and spirit.

    Have a great day!
