    Stretching Help

    I recently moved into a place on my own and I no longer get my legs stretched every morning. I can do all of the stretches but one. I laid on my stomach, someone say on my tailbone using a pillow and pulled my legs up at the ankle to stretch my quads. How can I replicate this on my own?

    Wow sounds like a yoga move
    i have no idea but there is a quadriplegic in Minneapolis Matthew Sanford www.matthewsanford.com who does yoga
