    Kenworth is in the hanger

Well worth it to raise garage header and replace door and operator to get the van in.

Do you have elevator access to the upstairs of your house?

Wow John, they/you did a great job. It looks perfectly in scale, just as it should be.

    THX ALL.

    nonoise,
couldn't use jackshaft, it wouldn't pull door flat so they used a low headroom operator, belt drive unit, very slick. im glad its done, hated van in driveway.

    steve,
its on our list someday for bigger workout room. its a 650 sq loft, not entire 2nd floor so to speak

I'm glad the belt drive worked for you John. I thought I would end up with something like that too until I happened to talk to my son who knew of the people who install most of the residential jackshafts around here. Apparently it takes some practice and some won't even attempt it any more.

Hopefully you got the WiFi option as well. I love being able to open my garage door whenever I want. Usually just do it while I'm down at the mailbox.
