    grilling utensil adaptations

    wondering the best way to adapt a spatula and tongs for someone with no finger function

    This is what I do. It's a modified "Cripper" made by quadtools.com. The modification is not available to the public (some engineering students made it for me) but if it interests you, contact quadtools and ask them to add it to their product line. If enough people ask, maybe they will.

    I have seen other modified crippers, some actually custom made by Quadtools. The quad knife that was a special request is now a standard item on the order sheet. I have also seen a pan lifter that was a special request that Quadtools made by special request.
