ISO v-cranks for Force 2 handcycle

I have a Force 2 handcycle with standard (narrow) handcranks. I'm looking to buy the V-crank style that let your arms be wider out when pedaling as turn the cranks won't hit my chest when biking and I need them to instal a quad-brake from bike on.

I was at a handcycle event in CT with bike-on guys and Gaylord and was shown a quad brake add on that had been put on the Force 2 that Gaylord owned and was quoted it costing around $500 to do the same to my bike. It's a gold colored brake that allowed the rider to brake by pulling the hand-cranks back towards themselves instead of having to squeeze a brake.

The bike-on guys at the event suggested 3 things for me: V-cranks, the brake, and the quad grips with wraps. I was told each would cost around $500.
