I have been using Roho for eight years. I have two high profile and one low profile. In all that time I had one issue and Roho took care of it. They are the best cushions on the market in my opinion. Theres other options but maybe your over inflating or there catching on your chair to cause issues. I also have all my cushions in a waterproof thick cover from roho. They really help keep the cushion safe.

Why do they need to be replaced? Leaks or some other problem? I have been using Rohos for decades. Leaks that I patched my self were the only problems that I had. I never had a problem that warranted returning the cushion.

I've had my high profile one for 6 years now without any issues. Just changed the cover a few times.

Rohos have kept me mobile for 30 years. Great customer service. Check out the usage videos on Youtube. Always use their covers and carry a patch kit.

If you have cats, keep them off, they will put holes in.
