Joystick-Controlled "Scooter" - ( Not the Handlebar Type Steering Method )

What are the present commercially available options for folks seeking a joystick-controlled scooter (i.e., think low-end power chair) that is not steered with a handlebar mechanism?

Many handlebar-type scooters can be found on; for example, the Walmart website.

I'm pretty impressed with these from what little exposure I've seen of them. I'd opt for 12 inch rear wheels. There are several similar to this, but I think they may be some kind of knock offs since their battery is not concealed in the framework.
I have had periodic paralysis all my life. I lost my ability to walk in 2011 beginning with a spinal block, which was used for a hip fracture caused by periodic paralysis.
