What about interference at the camber tube? Is there any? It looks like it. See video at 1:14 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c6LRpHWg6is

I have had periodic paralysis all my life. I lost my ability to walk in 2011 beginning with a spinal block, which was used for a hip fracture caused by periodic paralysis.

I don't know if any of these are available in the US, but I thought I would mention them in case they are of interest:

Equipment: TiLite ZRA 2 and 2GX, Spinergy ZX-1, RioMobility Firefly. Knowledge: relative newbie for high-level equipment (2012), but willing to try to help others who are new with similar limitations (definitely not a guru, but inquisitive).

This video is for the Team Hybrid Viper. I am talking about the Batec at this point.

Corrected. Can you get a clear view of the camber tube on the Batec? It appears okay in their video, but it skips pretty fast forward for me.

Here are the pics I got from Living Spinal showing the receiving bracket (without the bike attached). It appears to be well enough forward to avoid the axle, if I understand your question correctly. Since I have a TiLite Aero T, I'm now concerned that the Tilite's angled frame would interfere with the mounting of this braket. I have posed this question to Andrew at Living Spinal. He was one of their units and I've asked if he can see if it will mount on an Aero T. Thanks again, for all your info and informed questions. JimName: image6.jpg

Cool, you are good to go. In the third picture you can see the SmartDrive collar mounted on the camber tube.

edit: I think the second picture shows clamps on the ends of the bracket tube that will make it possible to adjust it for your Aero T. We will see what the vendor says.

I already have a SmartDrive and it fits nicely under my seat with room to spare on my Tilite AeroT, so that is not an issue, at least for me. Your point is well taken, however. My previous chair was a Tilite Evo that I got with the reinforced rigidizer bar as I thought at the time I would go with EMotion power assist wheels at some future point. SmartDrive did not exist at the time. Outsmarted myself as the SmartDrive would not fit under the Evo seat without pushing up the seat, and so had to get another chair.
