    I don't take any potassium supplements but whenever I go to the emergency room they hook up an IV bag of potassium. I tried to eat a banana or two a day because I know when my potassium level gets too low, I have heart murmurs which can be rather uncomfortable. I don't know all the specifics of how much potassium is in a banana or any of that but so far so good. I also take a multivitamin twice a day so maybe that's helping me out to
