    How do you order replacement parts from TiLite?

    I have called and left messages, emailed and waited on hold on phone for ever. Just trying to order new caster spacers but having no luck. Anyone know how to order parts from TiLite???

    Um, you have, um go to through a dealer.

    TiLite does not sell directly to end users. You must order parts through a DMEs either local or online. Several CCC members work for Bike-on.com: Stephen212 and fuentejps. I'm sure either would be glad to help.

    For real??? Not that I'm opposed to calling upon Stephen but I've never had to go through a dealer for parts on any other chair. They could have at least responded and let me know! So over the evil giants

    If they are minor parts like bolts or washers they usually just mail them if you call with the part #.

    Welcome to Tilite. They joined the ranks of the other big manufacturers; as they got bigger the service goes down bigtime.

    You can get caster spacer elsewhere, too. Sportaid is a great resource.

    If you know the dimensions, you can also get them at McMaster-Carr.

    If they are the tapered spacers, TiLite will be the only source.
