I walk with a ez up n free walker once a day for about 40 minutes, I read that not taking a rest day (for able bodied exercisers) could attribute to colds. I'm felling a little tired today but also know pushing through when I don't feel like it is important if I want to see progress. So even though I only walk 40 to 60 minutes a day would it be good to take a day off, or better to push as much as I can? Thanks for the help.
