Thread: quick release stuck

    If one wheel will come off, take that wheel off and tip it on it's side so that the stuck side is down. Spray WD40 into the open axle tube and wait 15 minutes - put rags underneath the stuck wheel, because WD40 might seep out.

    If you hit it from the inside, I'd use a wood dowel.

    We managed to get the axle out. For some reason it was bent. I had an old axle I placed on it for now until a new set arrives. Thank you for all the advice!

    Isn't that puzzling. Do you have any idea how it happened? Could it have been shipped to you bent? Have I read somewhere that some axles are extra hollow?
    I have had periodic paralysis all my life. I lost my ability to walk in 2011 beginning with a spinal block, which was used for a hip fracture caused by periodic paralysis.
