    Why worry about being under for a cysto? It is actually pretty educational to watch, and I did not experience any discomfort, AD, or spasms.

    because up until now i have been put under im so hypersensitive just putting a normal catheter or urodynamics is unbearable

    Many people do require anesthesia (a spinal is common) for cystoscopy due to it causing severe AD or spasms. This is very individual, and should be discussed with the urologist and anesthesiologist prior to these procedures.

    My uro Doctor always make me take a Clonidine before doing a cysto and it helps me.
