    This isn't even confirmation. They cleverly left out the fact that this study was done on rodents.

    Ahhh, should have picked that up with all the "laboratory" references...

    There is always one thing that bothers me about rat studies and extrapolating them to humans, rats have shorter life spans and therefore "weeks" for a rat translates into months or years in humans depending on the rat's age.

    Not to mention the whole bipedal vs. quadrupedal locomotion, different functioning autonomic nervous and endocrine systems, different bowel and bladder functioning...
    The amount of rat research that is presented as big breakthroughs like this one is kind of sickening.
