I saw this book http://www.amazon.com/Anatomy-Fitnes...s=core+anatomy in a store today and it seemed very detailed and diverse and complete in core exercises. I thought I could learn and modify the exercises especially if I found someone to help me. I think doing the exercises would benefit me greatly and possibly bring some break throughs, but I didn't want to pay the in store price. But it's cheap on amazon. Any thoughts on this book or any other guides that focus and break down the complete core?
