    If this succeeds it may result in the IP rights being sold to somebody who can carry the research. Statements made about future events of a public company have always been very dangerous territory.

    I am not surprised of this class action.

    Considering also this latest report for investors I see it very unlikely they can survive and get the scaffold on the market without some strong partner.

    They say they are working also toward chronic, but I don't believe it untill they present some strong evidence they are really doing that.
